his project involved a complete kitchen refurbishment for a care home in Ramsgate. The client requested a full strip-out and replacement of an outdated kitchen, along with all required gas and electrical certifications to meet care home compliance standards.

Our team managed every aspect of the project from the initial survey through to final sign-off. We coordinated the kitchen order directly through Magnet, handled the full installation, and brought in our certified gas and electrical engineers to carry out and certify all compliance work. The client had one point of contact throughout and did not need to manage a single trade themselves.

Outcome & Insights

The finished kitchen is a clean, modern and fully compliant space that meets the demands of a busy care home environment. Sage green handleless units, marble-effect worktops, white metro tile splashbacks and warm wood-effect flooring transformed what was a tired and dated room into something the staff and residents can be proud of.

All gas and electrical certifications were completed and handed over on completion, giving the care home everything they needed for compliance records.
